📦 Delivery Policy — Lets Funk This

At Lets Funk This, we want to ensure your home décor arrives quickly, safely, and with no fuss. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our delivery process.

🚚 Processing Times

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2pm will begin processing the next business day.

  • We do not offer personalised or made‑to‑order items, so everything ships promptly without delays.

  • During peak periods (such as Christmas), processing may take slightly longer — but we always work hard to keep things moving quickly.

🇬🇧 UK Shipping (Royal Mail)

We currently ship to all UK addresses using:

Royal Mail Tracked 48

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days after dispatch

  • Tracking link sent automatically via email

  • Delivery updates provided directly by Royal Mail

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by busy seasons, adverse weather, or Royal Mail service disruptions.

💸 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are charged at a flat rate of £4.99 irrespective of size of order.

🔍 Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive:

  • A dispatch confirmation

  • Your Royal Mail tracking number

  • A link to follow your parcel’s journey

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch.

🏠 Address Issues

If you need to correct or update your delivery address, please contact us at info@letsfunkthis.com within 1–2 hours of placing your order.

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect address

  • Incomplete address

  • Missed delivery attempts

You may choose:

  • Reshipment (additional postage applies)

  • Refund for item cost once returned (original postage is non‑refundable)

📦 Damaged or Missing Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, email info@letsfunkthis.com within 24 hours with:

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

If your parcel is marked “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check safe places

  2. Ask neighbours

  3. Contact your local Royal Mail Delivery Office

  4. If still missing after 3 business days, contact us and we’ll help investigate

🌍 International Shipping

We currently deliver within the UK only.

↩️ Returns & Exchanges Policy — Lets Funk This

At Lets Funk This, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you change your mind or encounter any issues, the below explains exactly how returns work.

🔄 Your 14‑Day Right to Cancel (UK Law)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

To cancel your order, email: info@letsfunkthis.com
Please include your:

  • Order number

  • Statement of cancellation (e.g., “I wish to cancel my order.”)

What’s refunded:

  • The full item price

  • The standard delivery fee (if you chose an upgraded shipping service, only the basic cost is refunded)

What’s not refunded:

  • Return postage for change‑of‑mind returns

  • Additional delivery upgrades

  • Deductions may apply if the item has been used or handled beyond the level needed to inspect it

🚫 Non‑Returnable Items

We keep this list very small.

You cannot return:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked Final Sale

📦 Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unused

  • In original packaging

  • Returned within the required timeframe

  • Sent using a trackable service (customer responsible until we receive it)

If an item is returned in a condition that reduces its resale value, a lawful deduction may be applied.

💳 Refund Times

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

You will receive an email notification once your refund is completed.

🔁 Exchanges

You have two options:

  1. Return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order, or

  2. Email us at info@letsfunkthis.com and we’ll try to arrange a direct exchange (stock permitting)
